Job summary

Primo Brands Corporation in Berlin, CT is seeking a Route Service Delivery Driver to provide premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers. The role requires operating a commercial vehicle safely and meeting daily delivery schedules.

You will upsell products, manage accounts, and support the team while upholding safety and DOT requirements. Compensation is $66,776 per year plus tips, with benefits including health coverage, retirement plans, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement.
• Primo Brands is a certified CDL provider and can assist you with obtaining your Class B CDL where available.
• Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills.
• Ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, up to 60 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must meet physical demands including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, bending, and climbing in/out of a commercial vehicle (40–55 times/day).
• Must be 21 years or older (DOT requirement).

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner and complete DOT documentation daily.
• Follow safety policies, including hands-free device restrictions while driving and reporting incidents.
• Deliver products to customers on scheduled days and times, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain accurate delivery information, including cash and receipts, for all accounts.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and present actionable solutions to leadership.
• Collaborate with team members to support decisions and assist others when needed.
• Provide professional water dispenser cleaning services adhering to quality processes.
