Job summary

Biotrans is seeking an experienced Route Delivery Driver to join our Maryland office in Frederick, MD 21701. This full-time role requires an experienced driver comfortable with early starts and multi-state routes.

Responsibilities include safe operation of 24-26 ft box trucks and cargo vans, adherence to DOT regulations, daily pre-trip/post-trip inspections, and using GPS and smartphones for routing. DOT card required; background check and valid license essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid license/Real ID
• DOT Medical Card required
• Background check required
• Experience driving cargo vans and box trucks

Responsibilities

• Safely operate, load, unload and deliver freight using 24-26 ft box trucks and cargo vans.
• Adhere to assigned routes and timetables with a focus on safety and DOT compliance.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report issues to dispatch.
• Navigate routing with GPS and smartphone apps.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and fuel as needed.
