Job summary

Encore is hiring a Delivery Driver to ensure timely delivery of goods to customer sites and to review orders for accuracy before delivery or pickup. You will load and unload gear, maintain routes, and ensure proper load securement while adhering to safety and DOT requirements.

You will provide excellent customer service, communicate with dispatch, and assist with equipment handling and inventory. A valid license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive Encore owned, leased, or rented vehicles under 26,001 lbs.
• Maintain set routes and schedules to meet customer expectations.
• Load and unload vehicles.
• Review orders for accuracy during delivery and pickup.
• Secure contents inside truck to prevent damage.
• Follow traffic laws and drive in varying weather conditions.
• Complete manual or electronic log book as required.
• Provide superior customer service and exceed expectations.
• Communicate with Dispatcher as needed.
• Assist hotel and warehouse teams with pulling, receiving, and transporting equipment.
• Participate in annual inventory.
