Job summary

Encore Global in Honolulu, Hawaii is seeking a Delivery Driver who will ensure timely delivery of goods to customer sites, review orders for accuracy, and load/unload items using Encore owned or leased trucks under 26,001 lbs.

You will maintain routes, provide superior customer service, assist with equipment handling and vehicle maintenance, and complete driver logs in your region. A high school diploma and a valid license are required; experience and a clean driving record are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record is required.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Knowledge of load securement and vehicle inspection is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Drive Encore-owned, leased, or rented vehicles under 26,001 lbs to deliver and pick up goods.
• Maintain set routes and schedules to meet customer expectations.
• Load and unload goods; ensure items are secured.
• Review orders for accuracy during delivery and pickup to ensure all items are accounted for.
• Ensure vehicle and cargo are secure and in good condition; keep vehicle clean.
• Obey traffic laws and complete a manual or electronic log book as required.
