Job summary

Encore is seeking a dependable delivery driver in St. Louis to ensure timely delivery of goods to customer sites, review orders for accuracy, and load/unload items.

You will drive Encore-owned, leased, or rented vehicles under 26,001 lbs GVWR and maintain a medium-duty DOT certification as required by state law. Responsibilities include following set routes, loading/unloading, assisting in inventory and equipment handling, and performing vehicle inspections with dispatch coordination.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• GVWR under 26,001 lbs. driving experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least 2 years driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive Encore vehicles including vans and box trucks under 26,001 lbs GVWR.
• Maintain set routes and schedules to meet customer expectations.
• Load and unload goods from vehicles.
• Review orders for accuracy during delivery and pickup.
• Ensure items are secured inside the truck to prevent damage.
• Follow traffic laws and drive according to weather and road conditions.
• Complete manual or electronic logs as required by region.
• Provide superior customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
