Position Overview

Empire Distributors, Inc., a leading beverage distributor, is hiring a Route Delivery Driver. We offer competitive wages, growth opportunities, and comprehensive benefits including health care, retirement plans, paid time off, and insurance options.

Compensation

Base pay range: $49,500.00/year (fixed). Starting salary: $49,500.00. Bonus potential up to $1,400 annually. Our fleet features newer trucks, and we value safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

1. Operate vehicles safely, complying with all regulations and weather conditions.
2. Complete pre/post-trip inspections and report discrepancies.
3. Maintain load security and vehicle cleanliness.
4. Deliver products accurately and timely, following invoices and customer requirements.
5. Use electronic devices for recording hours and ensuring DOT compliance.
6. Manage payments, handle customer interactions, and resolve issues.
7. Follow proper deposit procedures and complete training promptly.
8. Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or relevant experience.
• Valid Driver License with F Endorsement.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Basic computer skills.

Additional Requirements

• TN ABC Wholesaler's Employee Permit (obtained by us).
• Ability to work full-time in an entry-level management and manufacturing environment.
