Job summary

Primo Brands Corporation is seeking a Route Service Delivery Driver at our East Peoria, IL location. The role focuses on premium customer service for residential, commercial, and retail customers, driving a CMV, and upselling to accelerate growth.

Starting wage is $23.45 per hour during training plus tips; commission may follow after training. Schedule is Monday–Friday with potential Saturdays; start time 6–7 am.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (where applicable).
• Strong customer service and face-to-face sales skills.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle safely and complete DOT documentation daily.
• Be courteous and maintain a professional image with customers.
• Deliver correct products to scheduled locations and manage cash/receipts.
• Upsell products and achieve monthly customer acquisition goals.
• Support team decisions and provide water dispenser cleaning services per process.
