Job summary

Primo Brands Corporation in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Route Service Delivery Driver who provides premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers while safely operating a CMV and accelerating growth through upselling.

This full-time role offers about $61,160 per year plus weekly tips, a Monday–Friday schedule with Saturdays as needed, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days. Candidates must have CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement and be able to lift 60 lbs, with DOT

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (for applicable CDL positions).
• Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills.
• Ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, up to 60 lbs.
• Must be able to obtain a DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner and complete required DOT documentation.
• Provide premium customer service to residential, commercial and retail customers.
• Upsell additional products and services to customers and meet monthly acquisition goals.
• Maintain accurate delivery information on accounts including cash and receipts.
• Adhere to safety policies and act as a team player in decision making.
