Job summary

Primo Brands in Richland, WA is seeking a Route Service Delivery Driver. The role emphasizes premium customer service, upselling, account handling, and safe operation of a Commercial Motor Vehicle.

Starting schedule is Monday–Friday with 6–7 am start times and a typical 45+ hour week. Compensation is hourly at $23.68, higher with CDL Class A/B, with comprehensive health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (for applicable CDL positions).
• Primo Brands is a certified CDL provider and can assist you with obtaining your Class B CDL where available.
• Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in different types of weather.
• Ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, each weighing up to 60 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, stooping, bending, squatting, pushing and pulling with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle on average 40-55 times per day.
• Ability to work an average 45-hour week or more, including variable start/end times.
• Must have the ability to obtain a DOT medical card for the purpose of working for Primo Brands.
• Must possess a clean driving record with limited violations and no major offenses in recent years.
• Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement).

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner and complete DOT documentation daily.
• Adhere to safety policies, including prohibition of distracted driving and incident reporting.
• Be courteous, outgoing, and maintain a professional image with customers.
• Deliver correct products to scheduled locations to meet customer preferences.
• Maintain delivery information on accounts including cash and receipts.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and propose solutions to leadership.
• Support the team and assist others as needed.
• Provide water dispenser cleaning services to customers following a strict quality process.
