As a Route Delivery Driver, you will ensure timely and accurate delivery of Culligan drinking water and related products to customers on a designated route. This customer-facing role requires consultation with customers to determine their needs. Ideal candidates will understand effective route planning, possess excellent driving skills, and be committed to providing exceptional Culligan service.

Your qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to pass DOT Physical & DOT Drug Screen
• Criminal background check clearance
• At least 21 years old with insurable driving record
• Ability to operate/drive vehicles up to 26,001 lbs. for 8-10 hours daily
• Ability to lift up to 90 lbs repeatedly
• Physical capability to perform duties, with or without accommodation

What you’ll do:

Route planning and execution:

• Prepare and load delivery vehicle, familiarize with route and customer requests
• Complete all scheduled deliveries
• Optimize routes by anticipating challenges

Customer service:

• Interact professionally and courteously with customers
• Address questions or concerns during delivery

Product knowledge:

• Understand products and proper handling
• Provide product information to customers

Documentation:

• Accurately complete customer agreements and route sheets
• Collect payments and submit daily activity sheets
• Use handheld devices correctly and securely

Safety:

• Operate vehicles safely, adhere to traffic and DOT regulations
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report issues

Work environment:

You'll spend much of your time in the field, delivering to both commercial and residential customers in various weather conditions. The role is physically demanding and requires stamina.
