Fort McCoy Meat LLC is seeking a Route Delivery & Account Service Professional to represent our brand on every delivery to restaurants, wholesale accounts, online customers, and cow share families in Florida. You will manage orders, verify accuracy, and build lasting relationships to keep customers coming back.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent familiar with safety protocols.
• Strong customer service instincts and professional demeanor.
• Able to start conversations, ask good questions, and follow through.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced delivery environment.
• Basic math and computer skills for invoices and route sheets.

Responsibilities

• Review next-day orders with shipping and production to confirm completeness.
• Flag shortages or discrepancies in advance and inform customers.
• Verify loads against invoices and pick sheets prior to departure.
• Plan routes for on-time arrivals within each receiving window.
• Deliver and unload beef products to customers, maintaining cold-chain integrity.
• Obtain signatures and process invoices; handle returns and credits.
