Job summary

Fort McCoy Meat LLC is seeking a Route Delivery & Account Service Professional to serve restaurants, wholesale accounts, online customers, and cow share families. You will ensure timely delivery of the right product and strengthen customer relationships with each stop.

You will review next-day orders, verify loads, maintain cold chain integrity, handle invoices and payments, and coordinate with shipping and production to meet commitments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Florida driver's license with clean record and insurability.
• Minimum 2 years of delivery driving experience, preferably in food service.
• Comfort operating a refrigerated van in urban and highway conditions.
• Ability to pass background check, DOT physical, and drug screen.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Basic math and computer skills; invoices, order sheets, handheld devices, CRM.
• Prefer knowledge of beef products and route sales experience; CDL B is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review next-day orders with shipping and production to confirm completeness and accuracy.
• Flag shortages or discrepancies in advance and communicate with customers.
• Verify loads against invoices and pick sheets for correct counts and labeling.
• Plan routes for on-time delivery within each customer's receiving window.
• Deliver fresh and frozen beef to restaurants and wholesale accounts; maintain cold chain.
• Obtain signatures, process invoices, handle returns and credits accurately.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and keep the truck clean.
• Capture customer feedback and pass leads to the sales team.
