Job summary

Fort McCoy Meat LLC is seeking a Route Delivery & Account Service Professional to deliver beef products to restaurants, wholesale accounts, online customers, and cow share families. You will review orders, ensure accuracy, and build lasting relationships with customers while maintaining cold chain integrity.

You will manage deliveries with the shipping and production teams, answer questions about cuts and sourcing, and hand off complex inquiries to the sales or production teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean record.
• Minimum 2 years of delivery driving experience in foodservice preferred.
• Ability to operate a refrigerated van in urban and highway settings.
• Ability to pass background check, DOT physical, and drug screen.
• Strong customer service instincts and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Review next-day orders with shipping and production to confirm accuracy.
• Flag shortages or discrepancies and communicate with customers before delivery.
• Verify loads against invoices and pickup sheets prior to departure.
• Plan and sequence routes for on-time arrivals within receiving windows.
• Load, transport and deliver beef products to accounts within territory.
• Maintain cold chain and document temperatures at load-out and delivery.
• Capture customer feedback and relay to sales/marketing teams.
• Represent Fort McCoy Meat LLC with professional appearance and food safety standards.
