Job summary

Harrington Vending (Golden West Enterprises) in Helena, MT is hiring a Route Service & Delivery Representative to support customers on a designated route. You will deliver snacks, beverages, and related products, restock vending equipment, and create a positive customer experience on every stop.

This full-time, non-union role offers a Monday–Friday day schedule with starting pay of $17.50–$18.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills are required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to lift/move products and stand/walk throughout the shift.
• Independently manage route stops with reliability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver snacks, beverages, candy, and related products to customer locations.
• Replenish and merchandise vending machines according to customer needs.
• Maintain clean, organized, and attractive vending displays.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure machines remain fully stocked.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment concerns.
• Build positive relationships with customers through professional service.
• Follow daily route schedules and complete assigned stops efficiently.
• Load and unload products safely throughout the workday.
• Accurately handle route paperwork, inventory counts, and service records.
• Assist with warehouse activities, product staging, and inventory organization as needed.
