Job summary

Harrington Vending is seeking a Route Service & Delivery Representative in Helena, MT. The role involves delivering snacks and beverages to customer locations on a Monday–Friday day shift, stocking vending machines, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

You will manage routes, maintain displays, track inventory, perform basic troubleshooting, and document service records, working independently with strong reliability and communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver snacks, beverages, candy, and related products to customer locations.
• Replenish and merchandise vending machines according to customer needs.
• Maintain clean, organized, and attractive vending displays.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure machines remain fully stocked.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment concerns.
• Build positive relationships with customers through professional service.
• Follow daily route schedules and complete assigned stops efficiently.
• Load and unload products safely throughout the workday.
• Accurately handle route paperwork, inventory counts, and service records.
• Assist with warehouse activities, product staging, and inventory organization as needed.
