Harrington Vending in Helena, MT is seeking a Route Service & Delivery Representative to manage an assigned route, deliver products to customer locations, restock vending equipment, and provide excellent customer service.

This full-time, weekday role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, on-site work, and paid training. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift heavy items are required. Pay starts at $17.50–$18.00 per hour DOE, with room to grow.

Harrington Vending is looking for a reliable and self‑motivated Route Service & Delivery Representative to support our customers throughout Helena and surrounding communities. In this role, you'll manage an assigned route, deliver products to customer locations, restock vending equipment, and help create a positive customer experience at every stop. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver snacks, beverages, candy, and related products to customer locations.
• Replenish and merchandise vending machines according to customer needs.
• Maintain clean, organized, and attractive vending displays.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure machines remain fully stocked.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment concerns.
• Build positive relationships with customers through professional service.
• Follow daily route schedules and complete assigned stops efficiently.
• Load and unload products safely throughout the workday.
• Accurately handle route paperwork, inventory counts, and service records.
• Assist with warehouse activities, product staging, and inventory organization as needed.

Qualifications
