Harrington Bottling Company in Helena, MT is seeking a dependable CDL-A Route Delivery Driver to join our local team. You will deliver beverages to stores on a four-day local route, unload and merchandise at locations, and maintain shelf integrity while providing exceptional customer service.

Starting pay is $21.23/hour DOE with incentive opportunities, full-time schedule (Tuesday–Friday, four 10-hour days), and union representation.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Experience with local route deliveries is preferred.
• Strong customer service communication skills.
• Ability to lift/move beverage products and operate safely on routes.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on local routes.
• Deliver beverage products to grocery stores, restaurants, and retail accounts.
• Unload, stock, and merchandise products at customer locations.
• Maintain shelves, coolers, displays, and inventory rotation.

Harrington Bottling Company is seeking a dependable and customer-focused CDL-A Delivery Driver / Route Driver to join our Helena team. This position offers a consistent four-day workweek, competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a long-term career with a leading Montana beverage distributor.

As a Local CDL Driver, you will deliver beverage products to grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants, and retail accounts throughout the region. This role combines commercial driving, route delivery, merchandising, customer service, and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) responsibilities.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
• Deliver beverage products on established local routes
• Unload, stock, and merchandise products at customer locations
• Maintain shelves, coolers, displays, and inventory rotation
• Complete delivery documentation and route records
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
• Perform vehicle inspections and follow DOT safety requirements

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift, push, and move beverage products throughout the day
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Experience in route delivery, beverage distribution, food service delivery, trucking, transportation, logistics, warehouse operations, merchandising, sales delivery, or DSD is preferred but not required.
