Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking Order Replenishment Merchandisers to ensure our iconic brands are always available in stores along Pampa, White Deer, Clarendon and Groom, TX. Join a team focused on quality displays and service, supporting multiple call routes with a 40+ hour work week.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining product displays, POS advertising, shelf allocation, stock management and coordinating orders on existing routes.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over and reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers
