Job summary

TruGreen Limited Partnership is seeking a Residential Lawn Care Technician for our Pamlico NC (Greenville NC satellite Branch) to manage an assigned route, apply lawn care treatments, and build strong customer relationships. Paid training, state certification, and career growth are provided.

Must be 21+, have a valid driver's license, pass MVR/background, and be fluent in English. The role offers hourly pay, overtime, and benefits after 30 days, with company support and a focus on safe outdoor

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old at time of hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to speak, read and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route and deliver lawn care treatments.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Manage route and customer data using a tablet.
• Build relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.
