Job summary

TruGreen Limited is hiring a Residential Lawn Care Technician to service the Pamlico NC (Greenville NC satellite Branch) area. You’ll drive a company vehicle on an assigned route, apply lawn care treatments, and build relationships with customers while delivering exceptional service.

The role involves working outdoors in all weather, managing routes on a tablet, and meeting safety and DOT requirements. Training is provided, and advancement opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and consent to criminal background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route and maintain DOT readiness.
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Manage your route and customer information using a tablet.
• Build relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment.
