TruGreen is seeking a Residential Lawn Care Technician in Greensboro, NC. You’ll manage an assigned route, apply lawn treatments, and build lasting customer relationships, all while working outdoors and independently. Paid training and state certification are provided, with growth opportunities and local leadership support.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old at time of hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and comfortable consenting to a criminal background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to speak, read and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT certified).
• Applying lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Managing your route and customer information using a tablet.
• Building relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.
