TruGreen Limited Partnership in Wilmington, NC is hiring a Residential Lawn Care Technician to manage an independent route. You will apply lawn care treatments, serve customers with a proactive mindset, and work outdoors on busy residential routes.

Paid training, state certification, and growth opportunities accompany a competitive hourly wage starting at $18/hr with higher pay for licensed candidates. This full‑time role includes benefits and 401(k) matching.

Competenze

• Must be at least 21 years old at the time of hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and comfortable consenting to a criminal background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Mansioni

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT certified).
• Applying lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Managing your route and customer information using a tablet.
• Building relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.
