Job summary

ImageFIRST is seeking a route-based Customer Advocate support role in Atlanta to establish, maintain, and build strong client relationships through responsive, service-driven strategies. You will load routes, manage inventories, and ensure accurate invoicing while delivering value to healthcare partners.

The position requires a high school diploma, DOT medical certification, and the ability to lift 50 pounds; weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid DOT medical certification or obtain one within a designated timeframe.
• Must be comfortable operating company vehicles and meet DOT eligibility requirements.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds plus and push/pull carts of linen.
• Must be computer literate and proficient with basic software.

Responsibilities

• Support and promote ImageFIRST values and the ImageFIRST way to positively impact associates, customers, and community.
• Exhibit excellent oral, written, phone and face-to-face communication.
• Load and unload truck and organize loads.
• Manage customer inventory and ensure accuracy.
• Understand product knowledge: pricing, codes, colors, sizing, quantities, availability, and applications.
• Prepare and follow up on paperwork/work orders; ensure invoice accuracy.
• Provide route relief to cover Customer Advocate vacations and call-offs (flexibility).
• Provide additional route support as needed (reroutes, increased volume).
• Make special deliveries to customers.
