Job summary

Bernick’s is seeking Route Assistants to support drivers across Minnesota locations with deliveries. You will help unload products from the truck, stock shelves, rotate stock, and keep cooler spaces organized.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to repeatedly bend, lift (up to 165 pounds) and move products. You may travel to different Bernick’s locations; compensation is $18 per hour, with comprehensive benefits including PTO and

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable with physical activity including lifting up to 165 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Unload beverages from the truck and deliver to customer locations.
• Restock, rotate, face, and remove outdated product; keep shelves and coolers organized.
• Regularly lift and move product weighing 50–165 pounds.
• Ride along with Drivers; travel to various Bernick’s locations may be required.
• Work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
