Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking an experienced Roustabout Supervisor for our Towanda, PA operations. You will lead the roustabout team, manage equipment usage, and ensure safe, cost-efficient operations on-site with a sign-on bonus paid in four quarterly installments.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, coordinating with clients, ensuring EH&S compliance, and delivering accurate field documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of roustabout or oil & gas experience.
• 3+ years of broader industry experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate field equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily roustabout operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Act as on-site manager to align work with orders and client expectations.
• Lead setup, operation, and tear-down of equipment such as skid steers and containment systems.
• Supervise, train, and mentor field crews.
• Communicate with clients and represent Keystone leadership on-site.
• Manage EH&S compliance and deliver safety training.
• Inspect equipment including heaters, light towers, and loaders.
• Complete daily field tickets and documentation.
• Estimate labor/material needs and plan scheduling.
