Job summary

Comprehensive Rehab Consultants in Tennessee seeks a board-certified Physiatrist/PM&R (or Pain Management) for a part-time 1099 role overseeing two mid-level providers. In-person SNF visits occur monthly; no weekends or on-call duties; flexible scheduling and billing support are provided.

Candidates must be board certified or board eligible and licensed in Tennessee; Physiatry/PM&R board certification or Pain Management preferred. Opportunity for growth to full-time.

Qualifications

• Physiatrist/PM&R board certification or Pain Management preferred.
• Visits to SNFs once or twice a year.

Responsibilities

• Function as a healthcare provider for patients in a short-term rehab setting within Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Oversee two mid-level providers; site visits as needed.
• Oversee documentation and billing/coding processes with support.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Function as a healthcare provider for patients in a short-term rehab setting within Skilled Nursing Facilities
• Candidates must be board certified or board eligible and qualify for medical licensure in the State of Tennessee.
• Board Certified Physiatrist/PM&R (Physical Medicine and Rehab) or Pain Management (preferred)
• Once or twice a year visit

Pay:

• Base Salary of $1,000 to oversee 2 mid-level providers
• Additional $250 for each additional mid-level they are overseeing
• Site visits to be compensated at $500 per visit
