Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Function as a healthcare provider for patients in a short‑term rehab setting within Skilled Nursing Facilities
• Candidates must be board certified or board eligible and qualify for medical licensure in the State of Connecticut
• Board Certified in any of the following:
  • Physical Medicine and Rehab (PM&R‑Physiatry)
  • Neurology
  • Ortho

Pay:

• Base Salary of $1,000 to oversee 2 mid‑level providers
• Additional $250 for each additional mid‑level they are overseeing
• Site visits to be compensated at $500 per visit
