Job summary

Comprehensive Rehab Consultants is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Physiatrist/PM&R (or Pain Management) to join as a part-time 1099 provider in Washington. You will visit Skilled Nursing Facilities once a month and oversee mid-level providers, with potential for full-time work in the near future.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Function as a healthcare provider for patients in a short-term rehab setting within Skilled Nursing Facilities
• Candidates must be board certified or board eligible and qualify for medical licensure in the State of Washington.
• Board Certified Physiatrist/PM&R (Physical Medicine and Rehab) or Pain Management (preferred)
• Once a month visit

Pay:

• Base Salary of $1,000 to oversee 2 mid-level providers
• Additional $250 for each additional mid-level they are overseeing
• Site visits to be compensated at $500 per visit
