The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Trilogy Health Services, LLC provides compassionate nursing care and supports Guests with daily living activities, while upholding their rights, safety and dignity within a compassionate long-term care setting.

You will perform ADLs, monitor vital signs, assist with transfers, document care in PCC, follow infection control procedures, and communicate effectively with Guests, families and the care team.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have Michigan Certified Nurse Aide Certification or completed Michigan approved CNA training program and be eligible to test; certified within 4 months of hire.
• One year of experience in long-term care, hospice, or healthcare desired (not required).

Responsabilidades

• Provides quality nursing care to guests while promoting their rights, dignity, freedom of choice and individuality.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Monitor vital signs, weigh guests, apply creams/ointments, and collect specimens.
• Maintain skin integrity and prevent pressure ulcers through turning and repositioning.
• Maintain confidentiality and document care in PCC per policies.
