Job summary

PCI is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a 24/7 maintenance team in a high-volume manufacturing setting. You will manage PMs, work orders, and troubleshoot equipment while ensuring safety and reliability across shifts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial maintenance with at least 2 years supervision.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards in manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• CMMS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead maintenance technicians across four shifts (24/7).
• Schedule and prioritize preventive maintenance (PM) activities.
• Assign and track work orders and document repairs.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and identify root causes.
• Ensure safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with operations to minimize production disruption.
• Manage inventory and procurement of parts and tools.
• Review maintenance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance reviews and mentor new hires.
• Maintain maintenance records and regulatory documentation.
• Participate in root cause analysis and reliability initiatives.
• Communicate status and needs to other departments.
