Job summary

Hard Rock Tulsa is seeking a Table Games Dual Rate to join our casino floor, delivering expert dealing and leading fellow dealers. This role emphasizes security, accuracy, and a dynamic, entertaining atmosphere for guests.

You will manage table game operations, uphold safety policies, and help guests enjoy gameplay while following established rules and procedures. Night shifts, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED and at least one year dealing cards in a casino table games environment (must know roulette).
Proven ability to lead and guide other employees professionally.
Proficient in dealing blackjack, roulette, mini baccarat, and carnival games.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to secure gaming environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Must obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
Willing to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Able to work around second-hand smoke and crowd noise.
Ability to lift objects up to 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing for various table games.
Act as a leader on the casino floor, guiding and providing direction to other dealers as needed.
Ensure strict adherence to all safety policies and procedures, reporting any potential hazards to leadership immediately.
Maintain the security of all table games by performing and overseeing deck inspections and monitoring for irregular play.
Accurately count and make payouts with precision, ensuring the integrity of every transaction.
Act as a resource for guests, assisting them with gameplay and ensuring they understand and follow established rules and procedures.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned, including varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
