Job summary

Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking a Table Games Dealer to greet guests and manage table games with speed, accuracy, and a strong attention to game integrity on Oklahoma casino floors.

You will handle payouts, chip exchanges, and customer interactions while complying with gaming regulations and internal controls; successful candidates complete CNE Gaming Academy training and obtain necessary tribal/state licensing. Join a dynamic team on a busy casino floor.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED and 6 months of dealing or gaming experience.
  • Licensing: Obtain and maintain valid licensing through tribal/state gaming authority.
  • Training: Completion of training at the CNE Gaming Academy.
  • Interpersonal & Communication: Strong guest service focus and teamwork abilities.
  • Physical & Environmental: Lift up to 10 lbs; work on a busy casino floor with smoke, noise, and lighting.
  • Schedule: Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Description

As a Table Games Dealer, you serve as the face of the gaming floor, providing a welcoming, entertaining, and professional atmosphere for all guests. Responsible for conducting games with speed, precision, and accuracy, you will execute proper card dealing, handle chip exchanges, and calculate payouts efficiently. In addition to delivering superior customer service, you play a critical role in maintaining game integrity, protecting company assets, and ensuring compliance with all gaming regulations, internal controls, and established policies.



Responsibilities


  • Game Operations & Dealing: Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous dealing of assigned table games while calculating payouts and managing table flow with precision.

  • Asset & Game Security: Ensure the security of all chips, currency, and table assets; inspect card decks regularly to maintain game integrity.

  • Guest Service & Interaction: Create an engaging, approachable, and entertaining environment; assist guests with gameplay rules, policies, and procedures.

  • Financial Transactions: Accurately exchange guest currency for gaming chips in compliance with financial controls and table standards.

  • Compliance & Policy Adherence: Monitor table action to ensure strict adherence to established rules, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.

  • General Duties: Perform other job‑related duties and operational support tasks as assigned by supervisory staff.



Qualifications


  • Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED and 6 months of dealing or gaming experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).

  • Licensing Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain valid licensing through the appropriate tribal/state gaming authority.

  • Training & Academy: Successful completion of required training at the CNE Gaming Academy.

  • Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Strong guest service focus with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and management.

  • Physical & Environmental Adaptability: Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and work comfortably on a busy casino floor exposed to second‑hand smoke, high crowd noise, and dynamic lighting.

  • Schedule Flexibility: Willingness and availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require.
