Dynamic Homes, LLC. is seeking a Rough Electrical Crew Member in Detroit Lakes, MN to install and inspect electrical components for home fixtures. The role requires reading schematics, following codes, maintaining tools, and lifting up to 80 pounds in a climate-controlled environment.

Typical schedule is full-time, Monday through Thursday, with possible evening work. Valid driver’s license preferred; prior electrical experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, blueprints or work orders.
• Knowledge of electrical materials, industry standards and codes.
• Strong attention to order accuracy and detail.
• Ability to use manual and power tools and know their proper use.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to read measurements and follow written and spoken instructions.

Responsibilities

• Installs electrical components within a controlled environment.
• Identifies materials needed using the purchase order.
• Ensures compliance with appropriate electrical codes.
• Maintains inventory, tools and supplies.
• Locates correct product and quantity.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Works in a safe manner and follows safety policies including PPE.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
