Job summary

Cabinetworks Group is a leading U.S. cabinet manufacturer with 15 brands and about 6,000 employees across 17 locations. We seek a production associate to help manufacture and assemble cabinet components in a fast-paced setting.

You will read instructions, perform accurate work, and participate in audits of incoming, in-process, and finished product quality. The role requires basic math, tape measure and caliper reading, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• One year of production experience or similar in carpentry or fast paced, detail-oriented environment preferred.
• Two to three years of work experience.
• Knowledge and application of safe work practices.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure & calipers.
• Math & computer skills.
• Read a tape measure and caliper.
• Ability to read/write/communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Understand instructions, written or verbal, and follow them.
• Complete work with accuracy and efficiency.
• Inspect and audit product processes on incoming, in-process, and finished product audits.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Work in a safe manner as part of a team.
• Communicate clearly verbally.
• Demonstrate good problem solving skills.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Report to work regularly.
