Job summary

Cabinetworks Group in Mount Jackson, Virginia is seeking a production teammate to join a fast‑paced cabinet manufacturing operation. You will follow written or verbal instructions, work safely, communicate clearly with the team, and perform quality checks on incoming, in‑process and finished products.

Candidates with carpentry or related production experience are preferred. A high school diploma or GED is suggested; ability to read a tape measure and Excel basics helps.

Qualifications

• One year of production experience preferred.

• Ability to read a tape measure and caliper.
• Ability to read/write/communicate in English.
• Knowledge of safe work practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Inspect and audit product processes at incoming, in‑process and finished stages.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Report to work regularly and collaborate with the team.
• Be able to bend, stoop, lift, and stand for long periods; overtime may be required.
