Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in aircraft sustainment.
• 5+ years rotorcraft aircraft experience.
• 3+ years of Quality Assurance Inspector experience (CDI, CDQAR, QAR, 7-level).
• Willing to work variable shifts (shift 1, 2, or 3).

Responsibilities

• Develops and motivates a diverse team to maximize performance.
• Performs inspections on aircraft maintenance activities on the MH-139.
• Maintains quality directives, policies and metrics per requirements.
• Collects and verifies data to identify root causes.
• Conducts internal audits to ensure QMS and regulatory compliance.
• Documents audit results in standard formats.
• Works under general supervision.
