Job summary

EXCOLO Aviation Group, LLC in Hayward, California, seeks a Corporate Rotor Wing Maintenance Technician to ensure safe, compliant, and mission-ready rotor-wing aircraft. Qualifications

• Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred
• Minimum 4+ years twin-engine helicopter maintenance experience
• Advanced understanding of aircraft systems, troubleshooting, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
• Experience with avionics troubleshooting, software loading, and aircraft database updates preferred
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Must reside within commuting distance of Hayward, CA
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors
• Flexible availability including weekends and travel

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of the maintenance program (Traxxall) and ensure compliance
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance
• Troubleshoot aircraft systems with emphasis on safety and readiness
• Maintain accurate aircraft records and maintenance tracking
• Own assigned aircraft with attention to detail and presentation
• Coordinate maintenance with leadership, vendors, and manufacturers
• Support operations away from base domestically and internationally
• Participate in continuous improvement and safety culture
