Job summary

EXCOLO Aviation in Hayward, California, is seeking a Corporate Rotor Wing Maintenance Technician to join our growing aviation team based in Hayward, CA. We are building a culture centered around safety, ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

You will ensure the safe, compliant, and mission-ready status of our aircraft fleet, working closely with flight crews, leadership, vendors, and support teams to perform scheduled and unscheduled

Qualifications

  • FAA A&P certificate required; IA preferred.
  • Minimum 4+ years of twin-engine helicopter maintenance experience.
  • Advanced understanding of aircraft systems, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain understanding of aircraft maintenance program (Traxxall) and ensure compliance.
  • Perform and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot aircraft systems with emphasis on safety and reliability.
  • Maintain accurate aircraft records and maintenance tracking.
  • Own assigned aircraft with attention to cleanliness and presentation.
  • Support operations away from base, domestically and internationally.
  • Coordinate maintenance with leadership, vendors, and manufacturers.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement via self-study and proposals.
  • Maintain open communication with leadership and participate in SMS.
  • Represent EXCOLO Aviation professionally with clients and partners.
