Job summary

Med-Trans Corporation is seeking Rotor-Wing Pilots in Denton, TX to perform high-quality air medical transport in a safe, efficient manner. The role requires proactive teamwork in flight and ground operations, with adherence to FARs, company policies, and continuous educational development.

Responsibilities include maintaining aircraft readiness, completing required paperwork on schedule, and communicating flight operation details to the team.

Qualifications

• Current FAA Commercial Certificate with rotorcraft.
• Helicopter instrument rating.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• 2,000 Total flight hours.
• 1,500 Total Helicopter Hours.
• 1,000 total helicopter PIC hours.
• 500 Turbine Helicopter Hours.
• Minimum of 200 helicopter night flight hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a schedule as set forth by the company.
• Ensures aircraft readiness for flight dispatches, including FAR and company requirements, aircraft cleanliness, and flight crew requirements.
• Completes all required paperwork, e.g., duty shift changes, load manifests, and time sheets within due dates.
• Pursues ongoing education through computer, ground, and flight training.
• Disseminates flight operation information to shift pilots per policy.
