Job summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a Rotors Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a group of experienced hourly technicians in Dynamic Components. You will be responsible for safety, production cost control, scheduling, and ensuring quality in support of business goals.

The role requires self-motivation, strong leadership, and the ability to work with a union-represented workforce. Knowledge of SAP timekeeping, and CNC machining is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated, able to function autonomously, well organized, detail oriented and efficient under pressure.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, team building and problem solving skills.
• Solid technical and customer interface skills required.
• Knowledge of government and company flight procedures a plus.
• Must be a US Person.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of hourly technicians in Dynamic Components.
• Ensure safety, manage scheduling, and control costs.
• Review COPQ and Discrepancy Reports.
• Manage and approve timekeeping in SAP.
• Prepare work schedules and overtime within SAP.
• Promote ethics-based culture and manage budgets.
• Participate in business meetings.
