Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a Transmission Assembly Supervisor to lead a team of experienced hourly technicians in the Dynamic Components group. You will ensure safety, sustain production costs, manage scheduling, and uphold quality to support business goals.

You are a self-motivated leader with strong interpersonal skills and a track record of directing union-represented staff in a fast-paced production setting. The role emphasizes ethics and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, autonomous, well organized, detail oriented.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, team-building and problem solving skills.
• Solid technical and customer interface skills required.
• Knowledge of government and company flight procedures a plus.
• Must be a US Person.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of hourly technicians and ensure safety, quality, schedule and cost targets.
• Review and investigate COPQ and Discrepancy Reports and address issues.
• Manage and approve employee timekeeping in SAP.
• Ensure shift turnovers are communicated to all applicable team members.
• Participate in business meetings and ensure policy adherence.
• Prepare work schedules, including overtime and time-off requests in SAP.
• Drive continuous improvement while ensuring EH&S requirements are met.
• Promote an ethics-based business culture in the organization.
• Manage direct and indirect budget.
