Dover Fueling Solutions in Smithfield, NC is seeking a Molder/Rotomold Operator to maintain the rotomold machine, load powder, and ensure product quality. You will assemble final parts, document activities, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a safety‑driven environment.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED (or 4 years manufacturing experience), is able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly, and is willing to work a 5:00 am–2:30 pm schedule with occasional overtime and PPE

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 4 years manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to stand, push, pull, bend, twist, kneel, climb.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Must wear PPE and work with fiberglass materials.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rotomold machine including start-up/shutdown and loading powder.
• Pull completed parts, scrape clean, cut out parts per work instructions.
• Ensure quality of all outgoing products and perform visual checks.
• Read and follow standard work instructions; document activity.
• Meet daily production rates and participate in continuous improvement.
• Keep work station clean and safe; report issues to supervision.
