Job summary

PlayPower is seeking a Rotomold Machine Operator in Monett, MO to support the production of rotomolded parts. You will operate and maintain rotational molds, measure plastic powders, and handle cranes and hand tools safely in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes quality control, adherence to ISO procedures, and timely documentation while contributing to daily production goals and minimizing scrap. Local plant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret basic documents, safety rules and other correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain rotational molds and related equipment.
• Accurately measure and pour plastic powder into molds.
• Safely operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and various hand tools.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the use of standard manufacturing tools.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and ISO procedures.
• Contribute to meeting daily production goals and minimizing scrap.
• Maintain accurate and timely production records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues in various departments.
• Follow established safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet department goals.
