Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead and influence others in a fast-paced environment with daily challenges.
• Requires computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
• Must be able to work the 2nd shift in our Monett plant.
• Ability to multi-task, follow-through on assigned tasks to completion, and work without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 2nd shift production employees and carry out supervisory responsibilities.
• Interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance and address disciplinary actions.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance and completion of reviews.
• Ensure a safe work environment and maintain ISO procedures and housekeeping.
• Provide coaching to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and morale.
