Qualifications

• The candidate has a HS diploma or GED with about 1 year of related experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Follow a prism-based schedule and assemble basic components in the Roto department.
• Pack finished goods, label, box, and palletize according to procedures.
• Utilize basic hand and power tools and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Adhere to quality guidelines and participate in cross-training across cells.
• Maintain attendance, promote teamwork, and report safety issues promptly.
