Job summary

DOZEN CHICKENS INC. is seeking team members to cook, cut and serve Rotisserie Chicken per established procedures in a fast-paced California Chicken Café setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, taking orders for dine-in and takeout, labeling foods per health regulations, and delivering quality guest service. Training is provided with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must attend and pass California Chicken Café Road to Success class within first month of hire.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Able to understand and speak basic English.
• Must pass Food Handlers course and test in compliance with CA state law requirements.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Cook, cut and serve Rotisserie Chicken according to procedures.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workstation and follow health regulations.
• Make and deliver guest food orders or package for Take Out.
• Label foods according to Health Department regulations and company policy.
• Maintain adequate stock and proper food labeling.
• Communicate issues related to food quality, equipment, or work environment.
