Job summary

MSI is seeking an Operations Supervisor for a 12+ month Rotational Warehouse Management Program in Pooler, GA. The role trains across Inbound, Picking, Packing, Outbound, and Transportation, then leads a process improvement project with department supervision and cross-functional collaboration.

Graduation from a 4-year program is required, with 1–5 years of leadership experience preferred. Excellent English communication, MS Office proficiency, and adaptability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with preference for Supply Chain / Operations Management.
• 1–5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Leadership experience supervising up to 10 employees preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge a plus.
• Strong English communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Train across all warehouse departments (Inbound, Picking, Packing, Outbound, Transportation).
• Lead a process improvement project after rotation.
• Supervise approximately 20 team members during rotation.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance reporting.
