Job summary

MSI in Pooler, GA offers a 12+ month Rotational Operations Supervisor program within our warehouse. You will rotate through Inbound, Picking, Packing, Outbound, Transportation and support, gaining hands‑on training before leading a process improvement project with department leaders.

Upon completion, you are assigned to a department and report to the Operations leadership. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 1–5 years of experience, leadership experience up to 10 staff,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, with a strong preference for a concentration in Supply Chain or Operations Management.
• Experience in a leadership role supervising up to 10 employees is preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing principles would be a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written English language communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotational program across Inbound, Picking, Packing, Outbound, Transportation and support departments.
• Lead a process improvement project with department supervisors and managers.
• Upon rotation, be assigned to a department within warehouse Operations and supervise teams.
