Colchester Hospital University NHS Foundation Trust seeks a dynamic Rotational Therapy Assistant Practitioner to join the Therapies teams. You will rotate across respiratory, surgical, critical care, orthopaedics, medical and stroke wards, assessing and treating diverse patient groups.

You’ll be supported by qualified therapists, with education to Foundation degree/Level 5, and you will contribute to a 7-day service, including weekend work. Training and development are provided.

Formación

• Experience in rehabilitation, ideally NHS setting.
• Enthusiastic and keen to work with Therapies team to provide an excellent service.
• Good communication and organisational skills; team-oriented and able to use initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, treat and complete referrals for a wide variety of patients.
• Work with Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy teams across hospital and community sites.
• Operate within a competency framework with training provided; manage own workload.
