Job summary

Hydrite Chemical Co. is seeking graduates and professionals for its 8–12-month Sales Development Program based in the Milwaukee/Brookfield area.

You'll rotate through Customer Experience, Technical Center, and Inside Sales, gaining hands-on exposure to customers, products, and commercial teams while building foundational sales skills. Upon completion, placement as an Account Manager is possible; relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Customer Experience: email and phone order fulfillment, inventory checks, lead-time management and tracking.
• Provide Technical Center exposure: learn chemistry fundamentals and product applications and support various teams.
• Inside Sales exposure: assist marketing campaigns, prospecting, pipeline and account management.
